BUYERS MARKET:
At the end of day 1 of the craft show, the girls and i were walking out of the convention center to the parking lot when I noticed 2 guys walking out behind us. I remember saying "the long haired boy is mine", joking to my friend Danielle. They got in their UHaul truck before us and the "long haired boy" joked about running us over.
Day 2.: I found that smart ass boy driving the Uhaul. He was assisting his buddy, Cody... they were glass boys.

Meet Scott A. Fouche- sarcastic smart ass, glass blower, good man.
[picture was taken with my phone after he let Danielle and i do his hair with our crazy spiral bobby pins]
Danielle and I loved walking the show during slow times (most of the time) to talk to fellow artists and admire their work. We were in the jewelry section and rarely left our section of interest until we found the glass boys.
We would visit the guys in the glass section, they would come visit us. Danielle and i were usually hyped up on coffee/expresso, it's a miracle those boys didn't run away.
Our interactions consisted of mainly inappropriate movie quotes from Wedding Crashers, Anchorman, etc for the next 2 days.
After break down, we went to say goodbye to our new friends but sadly their stuff was all packed up and gone. Sadly, we walked back to our booth to finish packing up when we saw them. Scott and I made sure to leave with a friendly hug and sarcastic jokes but no # exchange. He was from Columbus, Ohio and I lived in Maryland, what was the point?
He found me on FB and we exchanged #s. we planned to hang out before they went back to ohio. I was having a late studio night when Scott called, they wouldn't get back until late but he still wanted to hang out. I was a mess from working, it was late, etc etc but i went with my gut instinct and said yes.
That's how it all started.
