I would not recommend googling that by the way, you get some weird medical photos and drawings. While reviewing my work with one of our adjuncts, we brainstormed the mechanism for one of my pieces. It's supposed to sit right under the breast, be close to the body and maybe even push up alittle so she suggested a simple fibula brooch pin. In my head, it solves all my issues with the attachment issue. I still need to sketch things out to work them out in my mind. When searching for examples of fibula brooches, a lot of ancient work came up. I don't know why i've never seen this kind of thing before. I'm in love... with the way they flow, their simplicity, and just the look.
