Yesterday for the first day of DESIGN & PRODUCTION we had a surprise field trip to the Inner Harbor in Baltimore. We had the address but the actual location was a secret. When we parked I saw a shop/cafe in a really cool, old building. It was a shop called Bluehouse- check it out!!The food in the cafe is all natural and they promote healthy living. All the products are enviornmentally friendly even the building itself was rennovated in the most green way possible. Their message from the website:
"Our Philosophy at bluehouse was created around the idea that you can have things that are at once beautiful, good for you, and good for the planet. Each product we carry meets one of six criteria for eco-friendliness and health, and most meet more than one."

I loved all the products in the store, they were all innovative, creative, and different. We got to hear from 
the owners and the buyer about their favorite products and what they were excited about. The bedding really caught my eye. I LOVE bedding especially organic bedding. =) I admire the way they find the products for their store, do their research, and are knowledgable about everything green. I would love to do some christmas shopping there because i would feel even better giving gifts that were eco friendly and i'd like to know that was supporting a business with such good principles. I will totally recommend it to friends!
